Due to the specialized nature of the Window Tint Edge Cutting Tool and the need to maintain strict quality control, we cannot resell any item once it has left our facility. Therefore, we do not offer a return option under any circumstances unrelated to product defect or damage in transit.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept general returns, we understand that damages may occasionally occur during shipping or a rare manufacturing defect may be present. If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or not functioning as intended, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for any order delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or replaced.
